Please be aware that the carpets sold on this web site are used and so are likely to have the effects of time and wear to differing degrees. When it is obvious that damage or stains are present it will be shown in photos and/or mentioned in the description. It is also important to be aware that Artizan Rug Hose do not clean carpets. we recommend that any hand knotted carpet sold through us be cleaned once every 5-10 years.

We are happy for any purchases to be collected at the house (by appointment). However we also provide a delivery via courier within 3-5 days, at a cost of £30.00. We do not accept returns or give refunds, so it is very important that, ‘The buyer beware’.

We make every effort to ensure that the information given on every rug is accurate. Should you find that one of our carpets is not as described then contact us .
